Pediatric audiological evaluation is frequently recommended by the medical community to determine if a hearing loss, even slight or temporary, can explain the nature of the difficulties observed when a child has a language delay or any other problem associated with his development. In addition, some schools now suggest undergoing a hearing assessment before entering kindergarten same as an eyesight assessment.
This evaluation will also be suggested in the event of failure of one of our hearing screening activities.
The assessment takes place in the form of different games and is adapted to your child's current stage of development. It is performed in a soundproof cabin with two audiologists present. From 9 months of age, it is possible to carry out the evaluation.
