Workplace Hearing Tests

Hearing Safeguard Your Employees' Hearing—Act Now!

Did you know that 93% of occupational illness claims are related to hearing disorders? Regular hearing screening for noise-exposed workers is far more than a formality—it's a vital tool to protect their health, ensure their safety, and sustain performance on the job.

By identifying hearing loss early, it becomes possible to take action quickly, implement the right preventive measures, and protect hearing for the long term.

Investing in hearing screening means investing in the well-being and productivity of your teams.

Our Approach:

  • Explanation of third-party payer information release and worker's signature;
  • Otoscopy to check for earwax that could interfere with measurements;
  • Instructions given to the worker: press a button when a sound is heard, even if very faint;
  • Completion of the screening test (sound detection or hearing threshold search depending on procedure);
  • Explanation of results to the worker;
  • Referral to an audiologist for a complete exam if the test is failed. If passed, the audiologist will simply recommend a follow-up screening at the next mobile clinic visit in the workplace.
