Custom Earplugs for Optimal Performance!

Our Approach:

  • Visualization: ensuring no earwax interferes with the procedure; otherwise, an ear cleaning will be performed;
  • Placement of a blocking foam;
  • Injection of silicone paste: it is important to remain still while the paste hardens for about 2 minutes;
  • Removal of the material;
  • Manufacturing and delivery: 2 to 4 weeks.
Two types of custom hearing protection:
  • Solid earplugs: Provide the highest level of noise attenuation. They are particularly recommended for environments where workers are exposed to intense impact noises (e.g., pneumatic tools) or very high sound levels.
  • Filtered earplugs: Effectively reduce ambient noise while allowing communication between colleagues. They are an ideal solution for team leaders, supervisors, or workers who must both protect themselves and remain in constant interaction.

  • Detectable magnetic balls for the food industry
